The "Contact Us" section lists simple "Name", "Email Address", "Phone number" and "Inquiry" boxes which allows the viewer to make an initial contact without feeling intimidated.

There is a handy map with pin point directions if the viewer would prefer to visit Kitten Boutique in person. Or if the viewer prefers, your phone number is provided.

Later, when your customer base grows, you have the option of creating a complete data base where your customer’s taste and preference can be recorded for easy access and for future sales suggestions.

Of course, this mock up is secured with a user name and password; something I will set up for your personal access to make any changes to your website after your purchase. Also please be advised that this security feature can be made available to allow your customers to view their previous purchases and to list their “wish” list for future sales and gifts.
